All Architectural Review Committee (ARC) requests must be submitted through TownSq for review and approval.

Introduction to the Architectural Application Process in TownSq (8 min)

To help avoid delays, please ensure that you:

•    Complete all required fields in the ARC application.

•    Provide all supporting attachments (plans, drawings, specs, surveys, photos, color samples, etc., as applicable).

•    Include sufficient project details, dimensions, materials, and location information.

•    Review the Association's Declaration, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) and any Architectural Guidelines before submitting your request.

•    Reference the governing documents as needed to ensure your proposed modification aligns with the community's architectural standards
